Maurice de Saxe led the French Army into Belgium and after the battle of Fontenoy, he began a campaign of reducing various fortresses in Flanders.  This work discusses the sieges of several cities, including Brussels, as well as the maneuvers by which Maurice outfoxed the Pragmatic Army.  There is a detailed account of one small actions where a French advance guard is caught in bivouac by an Allied force, which is supported by a map and would make an excellent wargame scenerio.  Lots of interesting information about the internal workings of the French Army, how it marched, etc., etc.
